We Have A Famous Toaster

This is our toaster.

This is our toaster on a peanut butter jar lid.

See? Famous!

Do you have any appliances making cameos in other product labels?

  1. Haha, that is too cute! I don’t think we own any appliances that are famous… that I know of!

I am so slow that I had to re-read/look at this post multiple times to figure out what on earth you were talking about. 🙂 Cute toaster, I understand why the lid would want to bear its image. 😉

    • Yeah, I didn’t notice that our toaster was on the lid (despite being the only one who ate that peanut butter almost every day) until Mr. Bean pointed it out while doing dishes. haha.

  3. Hi Stopping by from SITS. Sorry nothing famous at our house…Wow ! whould have thought.

  4. Stopping by from SITS! I don’t even own a toaster.

  5. Oh, that is too cool! I love the toaster and the “Nuts to You” lid! We, too, have a vintage toaster and absolutely adore it. It’s one of my favorite things I have in my kitchen. They sure don’t make ’em like they used to!

    • Agreed! The toaster that we got for our wedding died in a few months and I couldn’t find the gift receipt, so we starting using Mr. Bean’s parent’s old toaster (this one.) It’s pretty good except that my gluten free toast sometimes gets stuck, so it doesn’t pop up and it results in lots of burnt toast. 😛

  6. How cute! Thanks for visiting me on my SITS day!

  7. haha, that is so cool!
I found you through SITS 🙂 YOu have such a cute blog, I just subscribed to it.

  8. We don’t have any famous appliances. Darn it!
But I have seen my wine glasses on several tv shows. Guess the Props dept shops at Wal-Mart too!
