Happy 100th Post

This is the 100th post on this blog! (hurrah!) It just so happens that I made carrot cake muffins for Mr. Bean, so they can happily be used in celebration!

For the muffins, I used a quarter of this recipe. Try them with the cream cheese icing and you’ll find it hard to stope eating them!

  2. Those look really tasty, though I will admit for me 9 times out of 10 carrot cake is all about the frosting and then the cake.

    Congrats on 100, you can’t look back now. Soon you’ll hit 500 and think you’ve gone quite mad.

    I agree, the icing is usually the best part about carrot cake. Too bad I ran out of cream cheese, so I couldn’t make any.
